As in previous projects Spacemaster RM will undertake, an assessment of the currently used physical space and arrangement of storage used. We also understand that the biggest long-term gain is from addressing the procedural and cultural issues associated with filing, records and document management plus storage.
In past work, operational efficiency increases have resulted in up to thousands of person hours per annum.
The investment made by utilising Spacemaster RM’s Consultancy service has been shown to make a profitable return upon occupation of the new fit out and/or implementation of any new systems. Annual savings also accrue by being able to increase the staff to floor space ratio because of these services.
